It’s that time of year when tests and examinations start to loom, and parents may be wondering how they can help their child prepare.
Keeping parents in engaged in their child’s learning is a great way to ensure that students are supported in their revision at home as well as in school. MyMaths makes it really easy to keep parents in the loop with the parent letter tool.
You can use this tool to create a number of different letters to inform parents about their child’s MyMaths account and homework activities. The letter will include log in details, allowing parents to log in to the site with their child and support them with their maths.
To create a parent letter, select your class or student in the Administration section of the Assessment Manager and select Generate parent letter. Choose the letter you want to create from the dropdown menu and click Generate. MyMaths will then create the letter for you to print out or email to parents.
This is a great tool to use ahead of the holidays to keep students and parents engaged at home.
