The MyMaths platform will be unavailable for at least a few minutes between 7:30 and 8am on Wednesday 4th January 2017.
This temporary downtime is necessary to apply an update that requires us to restart a core element of the platform (not unlike needing to restart a computer at home to complete some updates).
While we expect no more than a few minutes downtime, it is possible that we will run into complications that could extend this, which is why we have scheduled a 30 minute maintenance window.
You can continue to use MyMaths during this maintenance window, but please be aware that any unsaved work may be lost when the restart process begins, and the platform will not work as expected while the restart process is ongoing (an error page will be shown).
Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused, we do our very best to avoid any downtime on the MyMaths platform, but we have little choice but to schedule a maintenance window on this occasion.
