The image shows a page from a MyMaths worksheet. The question is, ‘Nadia is using cubes to estimate the volume of a triangular prism. Press the representation that will give Nadia the best estimate. Use this representation to estimate the volume of the triangular prism.’ The pupil is shown an image of the triangular prism along with three shapes made up of cubes.

This page from a Year 5 worksheet covers the topic of estimating volume.

You can find the new worksheets in the Booster packs area of the site; look for ‘WR’ in the Booster pack title.

If you’re using the ‘National Curriculum (Eng)’ curriculum view, you can also find the worksheets in the Library under the section ‘Aligned to White Rose’.
