Last term, we asked you to complete a survey to let us know what you think about MyMaths. Thank you to all who took part. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and we have been reviewing the survey responses carefully as we look to improve MyMaths further.
One piece of feedback we received from both Primary and Secondary MyMaths users was around support to help you deliver the curriculum. We wanted to reassure you that MyMaths can fully support your students at whatever level. Not only have we updated MyMaths with new content to reflect curriculum change from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE, but last year we also added the new Curriculum Selector tool.
What is the Curriculum Selector?
The Curriculum Selector is a tool which allows you to arrange MyMaths resources in line with the curriculum you are teaching.
How does it work?
You can find the Curriculum Selector dropdown on the left hand side of your screen when you log in to MyMaths. You can find this dropdown at various places across the whole site.
Both you and your students can use the Curriculum Selector within the Library. Resources will be labelled and arranged to reflect the curriculum you select.
Within the Assessment Manager, you can use the Curriculum Selector within both the Allocation and Resources tabs. When you set a task, you will be asked to choose your curriculum from the dropdown menu.
When viewing results, you can use the Curriculum Selector to monitor progress according to preference. Applying the filter in the Results tab will bring forward all the results for any resources in that curriculum, regardless of which curriculum view you set the task in initially. If you are a Secondary user, make sure to check which curriculum view you are using. If it looks as though a set of results are missing, it may be because the topic is not part of the curriculum view you are currently in.
Which views are available?
The following views are currently available, though will be updated.
